1) LAM Management is very good & the guidance provided by them is very good & they take care of their employees very well & also LAM treats On Role Employees & Consultants very equally. 2) Core Values are managed very well in LAM 3) Recognition for our work are very much highlighted & getting the appreciation by top management(this will motivate anyone to give their best)
Cons
Salary Increment - they should encourage the deserved candidates & not to mention budget scenarios & limit their increments
