Pros
CEO is very impressive . VP s and directors are good. Can’t say same for some of the engineering managers/ senior managers. Company compensates well. It is is expected to have good business.
Cons
Look some where else if you are minority because managers/ senior managers in Oregon will not treat you well. Many have left due to mistreatments. Top management talks about diversity but no concrete actions on the ground which is quite frustrating.
