Pros

Lovely colleagues, get to work from home 2 days a week.

Cons

Lack of flexibility on which days you can work from home. Poor benefits and terrible number of holidays - only 20 days a year.

Pros

I am still trying to figure the pro's out

Cons

A company that describes itself as green and B-corp but I witnessed so many factors that suggest that the culture is not green at all. The owners would order their Deliveroo daily with additional cutlery. Deliveroo is neither ethical nor green. Additional cutlery, really? How about cooking your food at home and bringing it to the office in glass containers? Another regular delivery was All Plants that would create tons of packaging waste around the bins in the office. And no one would know in which bin to put them. The recycling bins in the office were a joke. Any time an electrical appliance was faulty they'd order a brand new one without trying to fix the existing one. There was no clear structure or hierarchy in this company, leading to everyone jumping on top of everyone to make decisions or to just do staff. The office was pet friendly which leads to a lot of distractions for those who are trying to work as bad behaved pets would come and beg for cuddles or food all the time. The owners' mother would regularly leave her untrained puppy in the office and I was expected to take her for walks and pick up her poo. One day the dog was on heat and was dropping blood on the reception floor. Also, do not believe in their job titles. The owners are two brothers who, obviously, can make up their titles and promote themselves to higher positions. The others mostly have "this and that" titles, meaning that you are the manager of X and Y... and in the end it's all messy. A bit of this and a bit of that leading you to being overloaded with work and having no clear job description.
