      Pros

      Great team, work from home, feel like you're making a difference, fun projects, lots of room for growth. This is an amazing place to work where you always feel so supported. Lots of room for potential growth, I was promoted twice in the first year. Great pay, normal benefits.

      Cons

      No downsides, I loved working for this company! I only left because I'm going to be a stay at home mom!

      The company does a very poor job of caring for customer concerns. The Operations leadership is very sloppy, making promises and then ignoring customer concerns.
