      Varsity Team of employees. Great access to Founder, Clients, Partners and key industry people. Company is hot with lots of demand and growing! Mission is great and very timely, and you get visibility and the opportunity to be part of the critical steps to build a business from proven leaders. Your voice matters! Founder takes the time to teach and is so inspiring with the mission of the company and her background. Great flexibility with working remote, no drama and tons of fun!

      Cons

      Small (but rapidly growing) team. Not enough hours in the day to handle demand for partnerships, and needing to hyper prioritize on a daily basis.

      Landit has a direct and tangible impact on lives around the world every day, which makes everything we do even more rewarding. The company is scaling quickly -- there's always lots of room to grow your career in multiple directions. The team is extremely supportive of each other and takes great pride in helping each other celebrate wins, big and small. The tech and product teams are highly collaborative and close to the customer, relying on user testing and research, analytics, and best practices to drive our decision-making and product development process.

      There are lots of exciting opportunities ahead of the team, and we sometimes have to make tough choices about what we will say "no" to in order to prioritize the things that have the most impact.
