Most of the employees are a pleasure to work with. The office is fun and has great snacks. You get a lot of experience because there's such high attrition and it's such a small company.
Cons
It is comical that this is a women's career empowerment start up when virtually every female employee has had the worst employment experience here. The CEO refuses to take accountability and rarely communicates or gives recognition. I've seen the CEO shame employees in front of the whole team over tiny things that really weren't communicated clearly in the first place. It's a place where you're often set up to fail.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very proud of our record of providing significant career development opportunities for everyone at Landit and the many companies we partner with around the world.
We have an amazing group of advisors and consultants that have given us leverage as we scale rapidly but remain scrappy as startups must do. The majority of our team and partners have been together from the beginning and are inspired by the mission of the company, the opportunities provided to them and the impact they are able to have on the lives of others. We have had two employee departures in the past two years.
We are proud of the support and benefits we offer to all of our employees including premium healthcare, flexible working hours and telecommuting, generous vacation policies, and celebration of contributions and key milestones. The contributions and perspectives of everyone are valued.
Landit is committed to giving our colleagues the opportunity and white space to reach their full potential and create the future of their dreams. We believe in letting everyone stretch to the best of their ability, make mistakes and continue to iterate and strive for excellence. We view this as one of the strengths of our culture.
We are generous and respectful to our colleagues and allow everyone to balance the important work we do with being able to have a fulfilling personal life to take care of loved ones or self.
Landit also ensures that our colleagues have exposure to our entire ecosystem including customers, thought leaders, investors and strategic partners. We are as committed to developing and growing our colleagues as we are to developing our platform members. The opportunities are abundant for anyone who is eager for and committed to taking advantage of our amazing journey to change the world.
Although you were only with us for a short period of time, we thank you for your contributions and wish you only the best in your next role.
Mission-Driven and interesting work, great colleagues.
Cons
Micro-managing environment, Terrible communication pattern and delegation of responsibilities, roles ill-defined, lack of trust from the top down. This company is more about the founder than about the company or product.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. As you note, Landit is a mission-driven company and we are committed to giving everyone in the workplace the tools necessary for career success on their terms. We are all proud of the impact we have had on the lives of thousands of members around the globe.
As a rapidly growing startup, we have a diverse and committed team, the majority of whom have been together from the very beginning. Since we are small, nimble and growing quickly, there are often times when we are asked to do things that are outside our defined scope of responsibility. This is typical of any startup. We all chip in to do what is necessary and our focus is always about providing the best possible product and tools for our members, partners and Landit. We wish you the best of luck in your new endeavor.
Varsity Team of employees. Great access to Founder, Clients, Partners and key industry people. Company is hot with lots of demand and growing! Mission is great and very timely, and you get visibility and the opportunity to be part of the critical steps to build a business from proven leaders. Your voice matters!
Founder takes the time to teach and is so inspiring with the mission of the company and her background.
Great flexibility with working remote, no drama and tons of fun!
Cons
Small (but rapidly growing) team. Not enough hours in the day to handle demand for partnerships, and needing to hyper prioritize on a daily basis.
