      Team: Close-knit, determined, and mission driven with a track record of success and deep entrepreneurial spirit. Scrappy but polished. Culture: Transparent, inclusive, "no drama" environment. Very user-centric and data-driven. Flexible work hours and great benefits. Everyone on the team feels a strong sense of ownership and takes pride in their work. Product: Demonstrated product-market fit and scaling rapidly. Product decisions are driven by user testing and feedback, along with data and analytics.

      Cons

      Prioritization is key given all of the great opportunities and ideas on the table. Choosing what's most important can be difficult but always pays off in the end.

      Landit has a direct and tangible impact on lives around the world every day, which makes everything we do even more rewarding. The company is scaling quickly -- there's always lots of room to grow your career in multiple directions. The team is extremely supportive of each other and takes great pride in helping each other celebrate wins, big and small. The tech and product teams are highly collaborative and close to the customer, relying on user testing and research, analytics, and best practices to drive our decision-making and product development process.

      Cons

      There are lots of exciting opportunities ahead of the team, and we sometimes have to make tough choices about what we will say "no" to in order to prioritize the things that have the most impact.
