Great work environment, good work life balance

I do not have any cons about this company

I've been at the County for a year and it's a breath of fresh air compared to prior work environments. People are kind and it doesn't have the antagonistic vibe my old job did.

Had to take a pretty big pay cut from my last job to get on the door.
