Pros

Amazing food when there is leftovers, like absolutely to die for. 50% discount on any of the meals they offer including if you bring family and friends, as long as you are present 50% off. If you're not present family and friends can still get 25% off. Spa discount of 25%. 200 flat room fee for a stay. On your one year of working for Langdon Hall that give you a complimentary one night stay. Not many people can say they have worked and know the standard of Relais and Chateaux, you can get a job as a server almost anywhere after working at Langdon Hall.

Cons

Horrible management. I interviewed for a full-time 40 hours a week job, I got 15 hours a week. I had to nag and nag and nag multiple managers for more hours and all they said was "its based on business needs". Very unfair situations with staff as well as there was often favouritism throughout the work place. I turned down a 20 an hour guaranteed 40 hours a week for this job thinking that it would be a smart move as a student since I would be working 40 hours a week and getting insane tips and I can't even get 20 hours a week. The tip system is also ridiculous. As a server you get 1 point for every hour you work, and you're usually busting your butt, a supervisor (the ones I worked with anyways) did squat all and got 2 points for every hour, and back servers only get like 0.5 point. So say there's 400 dollars in tips and you (a server), another server and a supervisor work 5 hours. Supervisor who did nothing gets 200 since they have 10 points and you only get 100 since you get 5 points and the other server gets 100 since they also get 5 points. And the whole shift you and the other server were busting your balls trying to keep your head a float and didn't even get a 15 minute break because its so busy.
