Pros
The role offered many opportunities to make a positive impact in the progress of English language learners across Hanoi. The teaching group and TAs were inspiring and impressive. The staff and management team often worked tirelessly to run a smooth operation in sometimes highly challenging times.
Cons
The public school partners can be very unpredictable in terms of schedule changes, provider choices, expectations, and other sensitive areas. This can create some frustrating situations across many levels of the team. It is somewhat inevitable but it's good to see that upper management works hard for the best possible conditions.
