      Pros

      The best product in the luxury/fashion market, the quality of the fabrics, design and construction is unmatched. Not a corporate environment; feels like family.

      Cons

      There doesn't seem to be a clear direction to the business other than "make nice clothes." It's a French company, so very bureaucratic: speak only to your direct supervisor, your worth as a human is based on your position in the company, etc.

      Very laid back company. Well taken care of. Great pay and commission structure. Very well rounded company.

      11-7 work schedule. No holidays or weekends off, but still worth it.

      Pros

      Great Pay via commissions and discount during sale. Team is like family. Very laid back.

      Cons

      Awful health insurance, very expensive. Corporate has literally little to no direction. Company does not want to invest in things, like POS system or benefits to employees, so they can ‘save money’. Small issues that occur on a regular basis that turn into really big issues in the long run.
