Below average compensation and raises
"Rapid Career Advancement" means title changes and lateral moves -- no new responsibilities or salary increases.
Ridiculous corporate culture means you have to fill out a 'feedback form' instead of just telling someone 'good job', and rewards you for your social skills and how much your boss likes you over your actual work.
Upper management consistently over-promises and under-delivers to both their employees and their customers. Major product releases and internal systems get delayed and modified to a comical degree, until they're releasing 8 months late without any of the promised functionality.
None of our products are 'industry leading', despite what we try to tell ourselves. The software is so dated that building new solutions from scratch would take less time than modifying the existing ones has.
Anyone who truly understands the products got laid off with the mergers. There's now a big disconnect between how upper management thinks their products get used, and how they're actually used.
Many positive reviews up here are from people who bought into the B.S. indoctrinating that seems to be the focus of upper management. Most employees aren't buying it, and you shouldn't either.
