Pros
Remote positions & flexibility. The co-workers are nice. Pay is great.. until they can’t afford you anymore.
Cons
Micro managing. Minimum holidays off and very little PTO allotted. No chance for longevity and no respect for loyalty. When they can’t afford you anymore, they’ll discard you without a second thought. Like some of the other reviews stated, it’s a cycle that keeps repeating. When they are up they are up but then mismanage and have to rapidly lay people off again and again. Management preaches about the mission and core values but don’t follow through on it themselves. They only care about lining their own pockets.
Also, too many family members of management on staff. Makes things very messy and often unfair.
