      Pros

      This company has an easy-going atmosphere, even in a field that can sometimes be high stress. Management truly respects and trusts employees, giving us the freedom to work without micromanagement. They are also understanding about personal time off as they recognize we all have lives outside of work.

      Cons

      The only con would be the insurance is a bit expensive.
