Because the training is fast paced, this role may feel overwhelming for someone who is not a quick learner or not comfortable taking initiative early on. New clinicians may need to spend additional time reviewing SOPs independently to feel confident.
The schedule can get busy. Clinics sometimes overbook to account for no shows, which can be challenging at first. There are also last minute walk-ins and schedule changes that can cause delays throughout the day. This can be frustrating, especially when you are new, but the sales team is usually very helpful with adjusting schedules and supporting the flow of the day.
Sales is part of the culture. Clinicians do not discuss pricing with patients, but we are expected to educate, recommend treatments, and support the sales process. If you are not comfortable working closely with sales teams, this may not be the right fit.
