Good company but don't expect a high pay - Online ESL Teacher Latinhire Employee Review

I was asked to take a reduction in pay. I had worked through the ranks to become one of their highest ranking teachers and I was earning 13 USD an hour during peak times. Latinhire asked me to sign a contract where I'd get paid 8 USD an hour, I refused, and I got a very impersonal email stating that my contract had ended. I worked for Latinhire for 3 years and the way my job ended was cold and I felt very disrespected.
