Thank you for your thoughts and feedback. For the sake of accuracy, the recent Reduction in Force did affect 18 ICs, and this accounted for ~20% of the workforce and 1 Senior Leadership Team member, which accounted for ~11% of Senior Leadership. We have projects at Launch That that are seen as investment opportunities and do technically “lose money”. But strictly speaking, this was not the reason for the recent RIF. The challenges stemmed from lower results than anticipated combined with an unsustainable level of investment relative to slow growth forecasts. Our intention was not to come off as misleading and the results were presented to the team on a monthly basis. We are committed to speaking to the team about project performance, provide guidance and color to those conversations. And commit to improving our teams and our projects. Our commitment remains unwavering in fostering the growth of our team members.
