Low pay, staff changes all the time, high turnover, store management get transferred every where all the time, different managers sometimes within the same week, head office staff not consistent are transferred from department to department, never know who is in charge of what, toxic work environment, upper management don't protect junior staff, staff treated like they are expndable and replaceable, constant verbal abuse in person and through emails
