Pros
I started out as a sales intern and moved to the growth team this past summer. So I've been with the company for a little over nine months now. Long enough to witness the business develop and grow in a positive direction, and long enough to witness the company culture flourish. Working for LawnStarter allows plenty of movement within teams and responsibilities and also allows employees the opportunity to hone in on their problem solving skills. If you're someone who likes to work hard, have fun, learn on the job, and use that noodle of yours then this is the place for you.
Cons
There really aren't any cons that I can think of. All I would say is be prepared to show up and work every day you're expected to come in. Management expects a lot from their employees.
