Pros

Amazing Team Culture: One of the best things about working at LawnStarter is the people. From leadership to peers, everyone genuinely cares. We celebrate wins together and support each other during tough days. Growth Opportunities: I've grown so much professionally since joining LawnStarter. If you're someone who works hard, stays curious, and takes initiative, there’s real room to move up. Customer-First Mission: It’s incredibly rewarding to work for a company that truly listens to customers and takes steps to improve their experience. As a supervisor, I’ve seen firsthand how feedback leads to meaningful changes. Remote Flexibility: Being able to work from home while still feeling connected to my team has been a game-changer. The company trusts us to get the job done, and that trust is empowering. Transparent Leadership: Our leadership communicates openly and frequently, and they’re genuinely receptive to feedback from all levels of the company. That’s rare.

Cons

Fast-Paced Environment: Things move quickly here, and expectations are high — but it keeps the work exciting and never boring. If you enjoy staying busy and being challenged, it’s a great place to grow. Tech Improvements Ongoing: Like any tech-driven company, there are occasional bugs or system updates. The good news is the teams are quick to respond and always working to improve the platform.

Pros

Remote, Flexible scheduling, PTO, Lots of opportunity to learn new skills

Cons

Constant direction changing. Poor communication. Constant pivots in direction mean work is abandoned half through, with no chance of finishing. Often asked or expected to do tasks outside your skills or job description.
