If you like working downtown, then it's a Pro. Very quiet office (again, pro or con), was like a funeral home.
Cons
Too quiet, no corporate vision, too much backstabbing. You have factions from North America, Europe and Asia all working against each other. The Europeans being by far the most ruthless.
