Pros
Small, friendly office in the heart of the loop close to transportation options. Challenges on a daily basis keep the work interesting. With support from parent company innovations are starting to develop regularly.
Cons
Uneven allocation of development opportunities across most functions - many employees are underutilized, others much more so. During especially challenging sales periods senior leaders are noticeably and actively more inclined to turn on one another.
