Pros

I truly love that I have found a company with core values that align with my drive to provide exceptional service and expertise to our clients! We have a great team of professionals who are eager to collaborate as our business continues to grow and we strive to bring retirement solutions to more Americans.

Cons

As more service needs come with new regulatory requirements, Leading Retirement Solutions is endeavoring to achieve the necessary staffing levels to support the important work that we do.

Pros

Small company where you will know all of your coworkers. Completely remote, and the company pays for all equipment, credentialing and ongoing education. Pay and compensation are good, with multiple healthcare options. Schedules are fairly flexible

Cons

Company has a lot of potential, but needs to address micromanagement, insane workloads and burnout (instead of just making employees leave positive reviews to boost their Glassdoor rating). Employees spend the majority of their day on phone calls and meetings, while the project load grows faster than they can handle. The CEO micromanages the managers, who micromanage employees. Employees have been vocal about these issues, and management’s attempts at boosting morale have consisted of forced team activities and telling employees to manage their time better. If you’re competent and work hard, you’ll be given the work of multiple people. If you give anything less than 110%, you’ll be put on a PIP. As a result, turnover is high and morale is low.
