The best part of working at Leadr was the fact that the mission was born out of people who were hungry to grow and develop in their career, but felt capped out by poor management or lack of vision in prior workplaces. The founders share that sentiment and set out to change the way workplaces (big and small) think about people development. In a time when businesses just want to squeeze as much as they can out of employees, it was refreshing to work at a place where I was excited to come to work and took significant strides maturing myself as I helped shape what "people development" could look like for other businesses. Highly recommend joining this motivated set of leaders if you're given the chance.

The only downside I could think of is with any startup there is regular change from one quarter to the next. This didn't always equate to a complete 180 and ideally would be a course correction rather than abandoning one particular focus altogether. However if you're the kind of person who didn't thrive in a space that doesn't remain almost exactly the same from one quarter to the next then this wouldn't be an ideal workplace for you.

No ICP - very hard but it is worth it. Skills gained here will help out tremendously later on. Lower pay compared to other sdr jobs, but it is an entry level no experience needed which makes sense. Startup environment not for everyone
