League Response
1yThank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your feelings regarding our culture.
Providing feedback, including constructive criticism, is a core part of how we work at League. Sharing feedback and being open to it is how we as individuals and teams improve, innovate and get better. We encourage this healthy discourse through many mechanisms including public slack channels and regular company-wide and team townhalls where employees are able to share feedback with leaders anonymously and non-anonymously. We don’t tolerate retaliation and would encourage you to reach out to your HR Business Partner if you’ve witnessed or experienced this so it can be investigated.
In regards to our bi-annual employee engagement survey, we can assure that data is anonymized and aggregated before sharing so individual responses cannot be identified. We understand preserving anonymity and trust is of the utmost importance in getting accurate results and soliciting honest feedback from employees.
If you have any additional questions or suggestions for improvement, please reach out to your HR Business Partner or the team at people@league.com and we’d be happy to discuss.
