Pros
From day one, everyone here has been super helpful, open, and welcoming. Whether it’s product training, client meetings, or just our internal meetings, the entire team is genuinely invested in Leasecake's and each other’s success. The most positive and productive environment that I have been in a long time. Very excited and happy to contribute to Leasecake's success.
-sales onboarding/ training was incredibly thorough --> not being thrown to the wolves or left to fend on your own.
-sales leaders who are willing to get into the weeds with you, take sales calls, etc. involved in the sales process/pipeline without micromanagement. great coaching!!
-lots of face time with leadership
-founder who is always happy and willing to introduce you to new folks, hop on calls, make connections, etc.
-product team is always willing to get on client calls and take client feedback to shape upcoming product releases
-marketing and customer success are collaborative and nimble
-not your typical tech/start up environment with out-of-touch leadership. scott williamson is an amazing example of leading by example.
-entire team takes ownership and pivots when necessary
-overall the most positive culture that I have been apart in my time in the corporate/start-up world
-transparent communication
-continuous product training
-proactive instead of reactive
-robust tech stack
-unlimited pto
-great work-life balance
-401k match
-HSA/FSA
Cons
-small team (not truly a con as you aren't just another number or face in slack)
-slightly higher medical coverage cost than I have had in the past but again.... always transparent communication from HR/leadership on finding better rates and policies for us in the future (not something I am stressed over by any means)
