      Salary, like all financial services

      Cons

      The senior leaders are a load of over promoted chums. Can't make decisions, need about 20 meetings to approve anything. Worst diversity of anywhere I've ever worked. No autonomy, everyone is over-managed by non experts. It's a shame because they have a lovely new building and some lovely people on the ground, the leadership let's it down and toxic leaders aren't dealt with if they're in the club. Truly don't work here if you want any job satisfaction

      Great at giving required information, responsive, friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      They contacted my previous employer to ask for a reference without my prior permission. My boss at my old organisation was very understanding but it made things slightly awkward and it's not how I'd planned for things to go. They were apologetic about the error.

Our careers portal asks candidates to confirm whether they are happy for us to contact their previous employers. We use this information to either request the reference or wait until further permission is provided. We do our upmost to ensure that requests for references are sent out in line with the candidate’s approval and we’re sorry that there was an issue with your referencing.
