      Toxic at senior management.

      Nice office, some lovely people.

      Cons

      Toxic environment at senior leadership level. Lots of power playing and some managers are so focused on their agenda, they don’t take people with them. Leadership style didn’t align with my values and wasn’t prepared to operate in that way. Real lack of longer term strategy.

      Hierarchical and bureaucratic

      Salary, like all financial services

      Cons

      The senior leaders are a load of over promoted chums. Can't make decisions, need about 20 meetings to approve anything. Worst diversity of anywhere I've ever worked. No autonomy, everyone is over-managed by non experts. It's a shame because they have a lovely new building and some lovely people on the ground, the leadership let's it down and toxic leaders aren't dealt with if they're in the club. Truly don't work here if you want any job satisfaction

      None! Seriously, don't waste your time.

      Cons

      Horrible culture - blame-heavy and toxic. Gaslighting. Stuck 50 years in the past. Promised promotion for 2 years. Say they're a 'disability confident' employer - this is a complete lie. I have been on several calls where this lie was confirmed.
