Pros
The only great thing from here was the colleagues I worked with.
Cons
Micromanaging and super emotional bosses. Your hard work goes unnoticed and minor mistakes you make will get you scolded. Also, when I say scolded, I mean full blown angry bosses talking down on you like you're 5 years old. Bosses care a lot about saving face and will not hesitate to make you look bad. Unfortunately, they don't trust anyone but family. Also, employee welfare and benefits are lacking in many areas.
