Micro-Management by Leadership: One of the significant challenges has been the leadership style of the CEO and COO, who are closely related (sisters). Their micro-managing approach has increasingly become a bottleneck, hindering not just the efficiency of operations but also affecting the morale of the team. There has been a noticeable shift in the client portfolio, with a gradual decline in higher-end clients, which previously formed the backbone of our project list. This shift has not only affected the company's revenue stream but has also raised concerns regarding the brand's direction and positioning in the market. The ambiguity surrounding the company's branding strategy has made it challenging for the team to align their efforts towards a cohesive goal.

You get to expose yourselves to a wide genre of works here, and also the chance to work with Michelle. She's a great creative and mentor to learn and work with. There's also flexible work arrangements.
Cons
Very small compact team and due to the nature of their bread and butter jobs means you have to do some heavy lifting of workload sometimes.
