Pros

Getting out of the corporate office and getting to say hello to patients and residents in passing. The facility and property and healthcare staff.

Cons

The position held experienced high turnover with good reason. Expectations were unrealistic, focus was in wrong area and management seemed approachable but was not. The screening process was quite intense and although I went in with a positive attitude, it felt my destiny had already been determined.

Pros

The pay is ok and I can wfh if needed but that is not apart of the job description.

Cons

Way too much work. The work doesn't match pay. They need teams to manage the two locations. The residents want you to bend over backwards. People don't understand it is one person trying to manage two locations. A lot of them have these particulars wants that just isn't feasible. The system, PCC, needs to be gutted. The deductions are almost $1,000. The system overall needs revamping.
