The company really cares about the employees and residents, professional working environment, good benefits, flexible schedules

High leadership turnover, pay and bonuses could be more competitive

The pay is ok and I can wfh if needed but that is not apart of the job description.

Way too much work. The work doesn't match pay. They need teams to manage the two locations. The residents want you to bend over backwards. People don't understand it is one person trying to manage two locations. A lot of them have these particulars wants that just isn't feasible. The system, PCC, needs to be gutted. The deductions are almost $1,000. The system overall needs revamping.
