Pros

Not a lot of overtime. Other than that, it's just a paycheck, and not a good one. I'm never getting 40 hours, but I have to be there at a moments notice when they need it.

Cons

Management is a revolving door. They claim to have a culture that makes it an awesome place to work, but it is definitely lip service. The newest manager has no idea what is going on and doesn't even understand distribution. The employees know he's a joke and take advantage of him because he needs them. He sits in his office all day and watches everyone on a bunch of cameras that are all over the warehouse.
