Pros
- most people there are kind and decent - bagels/donuts on Wednesdays These are literally the only good things...
Cons
- insane turnover (3 people fired, 2 people laid off, 2 quit, 1 demoted in a few months with only about 30 people onsite). This tells you everything about a business... - 2 people were fired for making minor mistakes. The CEO just randomly snaps and says fire people. - absolute chaos - no processes, constant changes everywhere. - if you work onsite you will rely on 50 remote VAs to do anything - most people are incompetent, onsite people rely on remote VAs, VAs are happy to manually copy info from one spreadsheet to another for 8 hours a day - bad benefits that take 90 days to kick in - the entire company is run off a spreadsheet (I'm not kidding..) - micro-managing Ignore all the VA reviews here if you are working onsite, they are just happy to have jobs. Working here is chaos incarnate. The worst job I've ever had. I'm so glad I left.
