Donuts (sometimes) Wednesday if HR remembers.. The espresso machine was nice until it broke. Some of the people there are pleasant to work with.
Cons
I got hired for a position and was laid off 11 days later.. mind you after submitting my proposal on what to fix in their department. My information was used to help fix their issue and then I was let go. No cause, they said they realized they don't need the position anymore, they didn't try to find another place for me in the large company. Management is 27 and 65 and no one department is on the same page. The whole management teams spends their whole day in meetings discussing the same problems that no one seems to know how to fix. It's an organizational mess. On top of all that, the CEO and VP who hired me and supposedly vetted so long to fill this position didn't even have the balls enough to have a conversation with me to let me go, not even my team lead. They hired an HR who had been there 3 days to let me go. This place is a JOKE and underpaid disaster. PLUS they are too cheap to provide parking so you have to park publicly next door in the grocery lot parking hoping to not get towed... smh.
