1. The company does not pay salaries to existing employees (Even without pandemic situation) 2. The company does not pay full and final settlement to its former employees, I had to literally beg for my final settlement 3. Management is not supportive towards employees except their pet heads, many of the department heads does not have a clue about the legal and compliance regulations 4. The company preaches compliance to rest of the industry but failed to follow it themselves 5.
