Better for newbies to learn about industry compliance

1. The company does not pay salaries to existing employees (Even without pandemic situation) 2. The company does not pay full and final settlement to its former employees, I had to literally beg for my final settlement 3. Management is not supportive towards employees except their pet heads, many of the department heads does not have a clue about the legal and compliance regulations 4. The company preaches compliance to rest of the industry but failed to follow it themselves 5. Attrition rate is very high due to atrocities of the top management Note: If you think any of the points are invalid and not true then experience it yourself. Good luck
