Excellent learning and mentoring from senior staff. A great stepping stone for engineering and geology professionals. Corporate leadership has great vision and adapts well to technology. Has great reputation in the industry with many long term client relationships.

While corporate leadership has great vision, it is often short sighted, If you are not a professional (engineer/geologist) there is little to no room for advancement regardless of education and experience. Personal growth is not encouraged and employee achievements are seldom recognized. Local office leadership is very limited and constrained by corporate. Compensation is stagnant and is below industry averages. Company culture is top heavy and not employee-centric.
