      Pros

      Not a lot of micro-managing. Good at Project Management activities for client only.

      Cons

      No mentorship. Left on your own to execute a vision. Old boys club-with most of the staff working there for over 10 years-set in their ways and not open to a new way of doing work. Not very technically strong. Hire and Fire mentality to keep old staff around. Huge turn around for new hires.
