Pros

Great coworkers who suffer together

Cons

Leiter's has little respect for their production staff. The amount of work given does not fit an 8 hour shift and usually requires cleanroom workers to stay overtime and skip breaks just to finish their work. They will require you to stay overtime without advanced notice while managers do not stay longer than their shifts. Cleanroom workers stay 5+ hours at one given time inside the cleanroom, without taking any breaks, going to lunch on time, or going to the bathroom, all of which makes it difficult to focus.

Thank you for your feedback. The nature of our production work often results in variance in the finish time. It is important that the filling function in the cleanroom is complete each shift. We provide flexibility in terms of timing and location of breaks. We don't require employees to work more than 5 hours at a stretch between breaks. Any occurrences of this would be at the employee's choosing. I encourage all employees to discuss concerns about the timing of their breaks with their Leads, Supervisors and Managers.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re glad to hear that your orientation experience was positive. It’s great to know that you found the team helpful and informative as you got started as welcoming new team members and setting them up for success is one of our top priorities. We appreciate your note about the travel distance. While location isn’t always something we can adjust, understanding how it affects our employees helps us continue to look for ways to improve the overall experience. We’re glad to have you on the team and hope your time at Leiters continues to be positive and rewarding. If there’s anything you need as you settle in, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Pros

Hard to think of any honestly

Cons

Blame culture, outdated systems, pressure to cut corners for profit, unhappy employees, low pay for whats being asked, build-the-plane-as-we-fly-it atmosphere, in the red so no capital for the badly needed system updates to catch up with the rest of the industry with associated blame, vindictive punitive managers with little compassion, substandard compensation
