Pros

Hard to think of any honestly

Cons

Blame culture, outdated systems, pressure to cut corners for profit, unhappy employees, low pay for whats being asked, build-the-plane-as-we-fly-it atmosphere, in the red so no capital for the badly needed system updates to catch up with the rest of the industry with associated blame, vindictive punitive managers with little compassion, substandard compensation

Pros

No pros whatsoever unless you are one of the executives.

Cons

Every day, Leiters has not failed to conjure up another reason for its employee (especially QC techs) to quit. We just started 2026, and they have record revenue and profits, and yet they planned to cram all of 10 or so QC techs from all shifts in one desk. Talk about cutting corners. We shared desks before, which to be frank, for a company this size, I don't think should be an issue anymore. But taking our desks and giving them to another department (which has a lot of outside consultants) is a bit too much. Supplies are slow to be restocked and improvements are not tolerated because they're expensive (seriously, what happened to so the record revenue quarter after quarter?). No wonder this company has a lot of turnovers.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience has not met your expectations. As our organization continues to grow, we recognize that space constraints have created challenges for some teams. Leadership is aware of these concerns and has been actively evaluating a variety of short- and long-term solutions to better support our employees while balancing operational requirements. While facility and workspace changes can be disruptive, these decisions are not made lightly, and we understand the impact they can have on day-to-day work. We also acknowledge the concerns raised regarding resources and employee support. Providing our teams with the tools, equipment, and environment needed to be successful remains a priority, and employee feedback plays an important role in helping us identify areas for improvement. Our employees are critical to our success, and we remain committed to listening, learning, and making thoughtful investments in our people and workplace. Thank you again for sharing your perspective and helping us better understand where we can continue to improve.
