Pros

They are desperate to hire people since turnover is so high. Lots of good people that you're rooting for when they're applying to outside postions.

Cons

Mandatory overtime for people in warehouse and production, this includes holiday weekends all because there's not enough people willing to be demoralized on a regualr basis to keep enough staff. "Multiple hats" meaning no matter your position you're expected to give sweat blood and tears because execs can't keep people happy. CEO hates the idea of any remote work even though CEO, COO and CFO are all remote. Can't speak up about horrible culture or you'll get fired. Half the office workers now work in trailers in the parking lot due to poor planning. End of month is constant panic to hit sales goals so everyone in the company has to do extra jobs. People coming in with covid so they don't get fired, and then everyone gets sick.

Pros

Hard to think of any honestly

Cons

Blame culture, outdated systems, pressure to cut corners for profit, unhappy employees, low pay for whats being asked, build-the-plane-as-we-fly-it atmosphere, in the red so no capital for the badly needed system updates to catch up with the rest of the industry with associated blame, vindictive punitive managers with little compassion, substandard compensation
