he Exe Team is poorly managed. The president belongs in the 1940s. He brings a pad of paper and a pencil to every meeting. He's so outdated that it doesn't make sense for him to attend meetings. Waste of time The CFO has no idea what he wants and is the definition of a micromanager. Plus the lies...he will promise you everything and give you nothing. One of the worst managers. He doesn't even know who to read a credit report - actually no one does. The only person who knows anything is the CEO, but he's too busy on other projects to know what is going on. The lies and betrayal that are here at Lendified is a joke! The exe team really need to re-plan everything. To be honest, they are looking to get out and hoping for one of the big companies to buy them out. They have no love for the company which is why it is going under. Stay away! and Don't trust anyone on the exe .

As a small/growing company, the organizational structure and processes are constantly changing. This can be overwhelming, but it's a great learning experience and everyone works through it as a team. This can also mean there are longer days. It's hard not to work longer than your typical 9-5, but I really don't mind it, the days fly by.
