      Great benefits, Top pay for Licensed Opticians, great Co-workers, Great Work environment, All around Awesome company to work for. Best quality Eyewear in town, Hands down..

      Cons

      Terrible commission structure. Mall hours suck. Not a whole lot of recognition for hard work or high numbers. Constant changes to merchandise pricing.
