Opportunity to learn about various machinery. Decent benefits. Opportunities for promotions within the company, though this seems to be changing.
Cons
Too much is expected of employees without having the proper training. The company is more about quantity over quality in its glasses in 1 hour process. Lab is often understaffed with not enough hours to manufacture in the time given. Management does not hold anyone accountable for serious workplace issues.
