Pros
great benefits to full time employee's that's all.
Cons
Zero communication , can't be profitable without cutting hours( so the share holders receive a profit because the can't do it any other way), zero training, Regional Managers that you never see and are completely oblivious to whats going, on in their own stores, the only people that receive promotions are former employee's of the gap, the company our current regional came from. No yearly assessments, just a unstructured mess.
