Horrible Company - Retail Store Manager LensCrafters Employee Review

This is by far the the WORST COMPANY I have been employed at in my entire working career. Over worked, under staffed. No breaks, which in California is against the law. If you complain, they cut your hours forcing associates to quit. Upper Management is deplorable. This company is 100% for themselves and 0% for their associates. Racism and sexual harassment runs rampant and HR does not protect you. *Words of caution* DON'T DO IT. If I could give zero stars I would. Especially with upper management.
