Pros
Whether it is a pro depends on your own way of thinking -competitive pay - mandatory use of tech removes any need for personal skill - profession is very in demand in most locations - predictable - other employees are generally nice
Cons
- monthly compulsory "training" (videos and multiple choice quizzes) that can be extremely long and have little actual content - company sets very high sales goals that leave everyone (especially managers) in a constant state of anxiety -depending on location commission can be near non-existent. Commissions are only made once sales goals are met and the goals tend to be set quite high.
