Pros
Pay is competitive, most store managers are good people to work for, overall an easy job once you are trained, low stress unless your a Store Manager, schedule worked well around schooling
Cons
No cost of living adjustments or raises unless you threaten to quit, Terrible training (nothing formal so it depends on your manager if you get training), no growth beyond Store Manager, prepare to have your hours unexpectedly cut and be required to extend shifts (store managers are held to crazy payroll goals and some make daily scheduling adjustments), regional managers are external hires and have no clue what happens at the store level so they demand unachievable goals.
