No Staff.. - Patient Care Tech LensCrafters Employee Review

1.Only one tech responsible for 2 doctors. 2.Scheduled for 8 hours but end up working for about 10 due to massive workload for one person. 3. Upper management only wants to overlook schedules and throw a bunch of walk ins your way even if you are full and alone. 4. No respect for the employees schedules, always expected to be available despite management being aware of days you can and can't work.
